Trainer / Head Coach
Sharmarke leads all training and athletic development as Head Coach. He designs and runs sessions, sets the standard for discipline and performance, and challenges athletes to reach their full potential. At the same time, he fosters a supportive and structured environment where athletes can grow both on and off the court.
Has background in highschool and college coaching, training, and is an agent.
Director
Dahir helps guide the overall vision and growth of the program. He is involved in planning, development, and community engagement, always focused on building something meaningful and lasting. His leadership supports the program’s mission to bring people together and create a positive impact.
Has founded two organizations involving education(built schools) involved in management for them, high schools founded, also middle school, dedicated to giving back to underserved communities and orphans, 24 years of since they have been founded, up and running to this day. Parent of an athlete have also seen firsthand how much resources and mentorship can change a player and produce talent.
Administrative Manager
Abdirizak oversees the administrative side of the program, making sure everything stays organized and runs smoothly behind the scenes. He manages HR, logistics, and key details that keep the program operating efficiently. His steady and reliable approach helps create a strong foundation for both athletes and staff.
Also has experience but since high school, behind the scenes knowledge, etc
Athlete Mentor
Ahmed is a dedicated athlete who leads by example on and off the court. He is committed to helping younger athletes grow not only in their skills but also in confidence, discipline, and mindset. Through his consistency, work ethic, and positive energy, Ahmed helps create a motivating environment where others feel encouraged to improve.
Program Manager / Media
Nasro helps lead and organize the program while also managing media and outreach. She handles planning, partnerships, and communication to make sure everything runs smoothly and athletes have a great experience. She also works on building the program’s image and connecting with the community. Her approach brings together organization, creativity, and a strong focus on supporting youth.
Operational Manager / Assistant Trainer
Abdullahi plays a key role in both the daily operations and athlete development within the program. He works closely with athletes to help them build their skills, discipline, and overall performance, while also ensuring training sessions run smoothly and on schedule. Balancing structure with a positive, approachable energy, Abdullahi helps create an environment where athletes feel supported and motivated to grow.
